Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order after acceptance.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at shop.celobeauty@gmail.com.
